Carrots are delicious boiled, sautéed or steamed. Slice and add to soups, stews, casseroles and stir-fry. Use to brighten up a salad or relish tray. Sweeten with honey or maple glaze for a real treat. Wash fruits, vegetables and herbs thoroughly before eating.
